Michael - thank you for this incredible roadmap. I have several questions:

is it possible to create a specific group of prompts to augment my digital course? Can it be packaged and sold? What are GPTs and how do you create them?

Hi Kathryn,

Those are really good questions.

1. Yes

2. Yes

3. See response below.

Well, to start with, there are three core things you combine to create value:

- Prompts

- Data (that's used in the prompt to help it function better)

- Tools (that help collect data or do things in the world with the output of the prompt)

You can use those three things in two ways:

- To take the things you already do and make them more efficient or effective

- Explore new forms of value creation that customers value, but that was impossible before

So, the question becomes, how do you explore these possibility spaces most effectively?

To start, there are some fundamentals:

1. Prompt - The more you prompt, the more you realize what you can do with AI and the better you get at getting AI to do things.

2. Data - I would audit, collect, and organize all of your data assets (customer info, customer problems, relevant zoom transcripts, information about you, information about your company, industry information, journals that reveal more about your psychology, etc.

3. Tools - Explore and become aware of tools like Zapier, MCP, PickAxe, Claude, ChatGPT, Make.com, n8n, etc.

From this foundation, you can better come up with an answer to your question, "What are GPTs and how do you create them?"

I know that isn't a direct answer, but teaching yourself how to fish in this arena is a first step.

I'm also working on a comprehensive post and class on just this topic in the next few weeks, so stay tuned. The #1 opportunities I currently see is using the transcript of the class to:

1. Create prompts that help extend the value of the class and are easy to use.

2. Create articles so people can get the core ideas of the class in condensed format.
