Virginia Satir (1916–1988) is one of the 20th century's pre-eminent psychotherapists, and she is also one of the three psychotherapists that NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) was modeled after along with Fritz Perls and Milton Erickson.

I find this video fascinating and relevant because so much of being a thought leader isn't just about the ideas we share. It's also about how we share ourselves. In other words, the messenger is the message.
