Claude Code: Live Demo & Agentic AI Workflows
We are at an inflection point.
Not the kind that gets announced — the kind you feel. The kind where something you’d been struggling with for months suddenly just works. Where you ask an AI to build a tool and it builds it. Where you watch five parallel agents running simultaneously and realize the mental model you had for “using AI” is already obsolete.
That’s what this session was about.
Claude Code represents a qualitative shift in what’s possible for knowledge workers, entrepreneurs, and creators. Not AI as a smarter search engine. Not AI as a writing assistant. AI as an ambient fleet — a set of agents you orchestrate across projects, running in the background while you move on to the next thing. The people who figure this out in the next 6–12 months will look back at this period the same way early internet adopters look back at 1995.
This class was a live, unscripted look at what that actually looks like in practice — including the messy parts. I shared my real setup, walked through systems I’ve built, troubleshot things live, and brought in a participant who has been vibe-coding for three weeks to share what she’s building. If you’ve been curious about Claude Code but haven’t made the leap, this session was designed to show you what’s on the other side.
During the class, we:
Used the Law of Requisite Variety to frame AI situational awareness
Analyzed real AI headlines to reveal how differently people interpret the same signal
Explored why we’ve crossed a qualitative tipping point with Claude Opus 4.6
Watched five parallel Claude Code agents run simultaneously in real time
Saw how I built a 1,300-entry mental model encyclopedia using agentic AI
Demonstrated a second-order effects system built to analyze breaking AI news
Walked through the exact terminal setup I use daily for Claude Code
Heard CK share her three-week journey from zero to vibe-coding veteran
Watched Reid Hoffman’s AI advisor demonstrate his 17-project agent fleet
Discussed the one action participants should take before the end of next week
