While chat AI increases productivity 1.5x, it has a low ceiling. Agentic AI is already making some professions 20x more productive.

In retrospect, the only reason I was early on AI was thanks to three friends:
In 2020, my close friend Emerson Spartz showed me GPT-3 and told me about the AI scaling laws. I was skeptical, but he insisted it would change the world. He started an AI safety non-profit that year.
In December 2022, another close friend and mentor, Eben Pagan, gave me a demo of ChatGPT and pushed me to go all in. I was still skeptical, but he gave me another demo and pushed me to explore it more.
In early 2026, my 20-year friend Tijl Koenderink sat me down and walked me through his best Claude Code hacks and mental models. He knew I would love it once I overcame my initial hesitation about the terminal interface. He was right.
I hope Wyndo and I can be your mentors through this paradigm shift, like Tijl, Eben, and Emerson were for me.
The Goal Of The Program Is Simple
By the end, you will have one real AI process built around your actual work. I can promise you, it won’t be just a demo or another pile of prompts you never use. By the end of the program, you’ll have a working setup where Claude can read the right files, follow your standards, use your examples, remember your corrections, and help you run a repeatable workflow you actually want to keep using.
We start in Claude Code because it is one of the clearest places to learn the pattern: project folders, source files, rules, skills, workflows, permissions, and review.
We also teach the transfer pattern into Codex, so the structure you build in Claude Code can move with you: the project files, rules, examples, skills, workflows, and review habits.
The point of this cohort isn’t to teach you how to master a single tool—it’s bigger than that. The deeper goal is to learn how agentic work actually works, so you can understand what to build, what to ignore, what to trust, and how to keep improving the system as the tools change.
